Yuto Saitoh
Yuto Saitoh
Chief Executive Officer

In his role as EVP, Yuto Saitoh oversees Finance and Human Resources, and guides Radiant’s strategic planning to ensure long-term sustainable business development. At Konica Minolta, he has adeptly navigated challenges and played a pivotal role in making key decisions, most recently as Senior Manager of Business Planning in Sensing Business. He was responsible for growth strategies that encompasses M&A and partnering activities, and portfolio management. Before joining Konica Minolta, he held a position of Senior Business Development Manager for SABIC, a global chemical company, leading marketing and new business development in automotive industry. Additionally, he provided strategic consulting for B2B companies in the Electronics, Chemical, and Automotive industries at Arthur D. Little. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Laws (LLB) from the University of Tokyo. 

Stone Jiang
Stone Jiang
Global ICT Chief Sales Officer

Stone Jiang serves as the CEO of Radiant Vision Systems and leads the Board of Directors of Radiant businesses in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Korea. Before stepping into the CEO role, Stone oversaw global sales, including North America, Asia, and European accounts with responsibiity for strategic planning, business development, sales, and support for all of Radiant's customers worldwide. He also manages all general operations in the Asia region, including finance, HR, and application engineering. Since joining the company in 2012, Jiang has been central to the growth of Radiant’s Asia business, which includes many of the world’s top brands and their manufacturing partners.

Stone's background includes extensive business development experience in high-tech applications, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Radiant, Stone, as General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, played a leadership role introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom industry in China. He also served as China General Manager of Keithley Instrument Inc., and held roles at Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment.

Stone earned his M.S. in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an E.M.B.A from Guanghua Business School of Beijing University.

Executive Vice President of Business & Strategy

In his role as Executive Vice President of Business & Strategy at Konica Minolta Sensing Americas (KMSA), Takuya Nishimura leads sales and business strategy across Color & Appearance (C&A), Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI), and gas monitoring solutions, while overseeing Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources. Since joining Konica Minolta in 2006, he has built broad experience across manufacturing, sales, and global operations, including international assignments in Indonesia and Thailand and regional business planning for ASEAN. He has also contributed to global management initiatives and played a key role in the Specim acquisition, later serving as Senior Vice President of Specim. Prior to his current role, he served as President of KMSA during the integration of Konica Minolta Sensing Americas and Radiant Vision Systems, where he helped align strategy and operations to support continued growth in advanced sensing technologies.

Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations

In his role as Director of Marketing & Product Management, Scott drives Radiant’s marketing and product strategy efforts. He provides strategic insight that ensures strong alignment between Radiant’s products and customer needs in the Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace, Lighting, and Medical industries. Scott oversees positioning and leads teams to develop and communicate clear and compelling messages on product benefits and competitive advantages. Prior to joining Radiant, he held product management, marketing, and client services leadership roles at companies that develop IT solutions, software, and services, including Caradigm, GE Healthcare, Adaptis, and Prodata Systems. Scott earned a B.A. from the University of Washington.

Carrie Bossert - VP
Carrie Bossert
Vice President of Finance

Carrie Bossert, CPA, heads Konica Minolta Sensing Americas' financial operations, including strategy, accounting and reporting, and compliance. Konica Minolta Sensing Americas is required to conform to both internal corporate controls, international subsidiary rules, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) regulations, as well as revenue recognition to IFRS Standards and GAAP. Carrie adeptly manages a team of finance and accounting professionals to satisfy these requirements.

Prior to joining Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Carrie worked as Controller for both public and privately held entities in various other industries, including high-tech (software and online medical publishing), and bio-tech (gene synthesis). Carrie graduated from Central Washington University with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration, specializing in Behavioral Management. She holds a current C.P.A. license in the State of Washington, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSPCA).

Li Sun, Technical Director of Asia
Li Sun
Asia General Operations Director

Li leads Konica Minolta Sensing Americas' operations and engineering teams across Asia, overseeing the delivery of complete and innovative solutions that address customer challenges. He started his career as an engineer in the petroleum industry, rising to technical manager at Huabei Oilfield in China. He joined Konica Minolta Sensing Americas in 2005, providing development, configuration, and installation of products and systems at customer locations. In 2010, he moved to China and played a key role in opening the first China office to serve a growing customer base in Asia. Since 2015, he has led engineering teams as Asia Technical Director and then in 2020, was named Vice General Manager of China. He earned his B.S. degree in Optical Instruments from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and a second B.S. in Computer Science from Ohio State University.

General Manager Korea | Senior Key Account Sales Director

Jin Hoon joined Radiant in 2012 as the first employee in our Korea office and over the past 12 years has led significant revenue and operations growth. As General Manager of Radiant Korea, he has overseen the development of pioneering new solutions for display inspection and correction and built relationships with leading global consumer electronics brands. He now brings these strategic skills to global customers as Senior Key Account Sales Director. Jin Hoon has also assumed the role of General Manager for Vietnam, directing the expansion of Radiant’s technical operations in the region with the opening of a large customer service and repair center in Vietnam. He has over 20 years of engineering and management experience in the display and semiconductor industries, having worked at AOI system manufacturer Orbotech Korea, lithography system manufacturer Cymer, and ASML Korea. He earned a B.Sc. in Physics from Kon-Kuk University in Seoul.

Director of Human Resources

Kat Scherdel brings over two decades of extensive experience in Human Resources to her role as Director of Human Resources at Konica Minolta Sensing Americas. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership positions at prominent companies such as Twitch.tv and King.com. At Twitch.tv, Kat built the Talent Operations function from the ground up, streamlining processes and enhancing employee experiences. She collaborated with Twitch.tv’s parent company, Amazon.com, to align global processes, lead compliance efforts for international hiring legislation, and launch programs focusing on diversity and inclusion. At King.com, she led HR efforts for North American studios, managing large-scale integration projects, and created comprehensive talent development programs. She earned a B.A. in Counseling Psychology from Roosevelt University.

As the Director of Human Resources at Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Kat is committed to fostering employee engagement, managing comprehensive people-focused programs, and ensuring adherence to global regulations. Her extensive background in the technology sector has equipped her with a deep understanding of talent development, driving organizational growth and innovation. Passionate about creating supportive environments, Kat is dedicated to empowering employees to thrive and contribute meaningfully to Konica Minolta Sensing Americas' vision for the future.

With more than 30 years of experience in the color measurement industry, Val brings a unique blend of technical, operational, and commercial expertise to his role as Director of Sales. His career spans Service, Product Management, and Sales, giving him deep insight into customer challenges and the ability to align the right solutions with business objectives. 

As Director of Sales, Val is focused on driving customer success by helping organizations streamline workflows, optimize performance, and maximize return on investment. He works closely with the KMSA sales and support teams to ensure customers receive reliable solutions, strong partnerships, and long-term value.

Brian Raymond

Director of Production and Logistics

Brian Raymond heads Konica Minolta Sensing Americas' operations in manufacturing, production, quality, global logistics, inventory, and supply chain management. He manages a team of production personnel, including the technicians who assemble, calibrate, and test our precision camera and lens products. Since joining Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Brian has successfully led the company’s initiative to receive NVLAP accreditation as an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 calibration laboratory, and drove the development and refinement of mature quality management systems and processes. Before joining Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, he was Senior Manager of Quality Engineering for the global network and electronics manufacturer Leviton, where he managed quality engineering teams, supported new product development verification, and maintained the company’s ISO 98001:2008 certification. Previous roles include Director of Quality at TTM Technologies, and Engineering Manager at Toppan Electronics. Brian earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire and completed the High Technology M.B.A. Program at Northeastern University. He is ASQ Six-Sigma Black Belt Certified.

In his role as Director of Solutions Engineering at Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Ryan leads a multidisciplinary team of Solutions Engineers, Application Engineers, Application Software Developers, and Product Managers delivering highly tailored light, color, and imaging measurement solutions for strategic customers. Since joining Radiant Vision Systems in 2014, he has progressed through roles including Software Engineer, Technical Sales Manager across global regions, and Manager/Director of Solutions Engineering, building deep expertise in imaging solutions for consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, and AR/VR applications. He has extensive international experience, having worked in both Seoul and the United States while developing strong relationships with customers and partners worldwide. 

Ryan plays a key role in prioritizing customer projects and key account initiatives, coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, and is focused on advancing innovation through tailored solutions and AI-driven technologies.

Maria Schaller leads Konica Minolta Sensing America’s marketing team, driving pipeline generation, market positioning, and go-to-market alignment with overall business priorities. Since joining the company in 2013, she has progressed through multiple marketing roles, building a strong track record of translating strategy into execution across Latin America and North America’s markets. 

In her current role, Maria sets the strategic direction for integrated marketing programs and works cross-functionally with sales, product, and global stakeholders to develop messaging, launch initiatives, and deliver campaigns that support both local and global objectives. Prior to Konica Minolta, Maria held several positions in the automotive and financial services industries.
